China University of Mining and Technology-Beijing (CUMTB) welcomes international students to apply for the 2027 Chinese Government Scholarship High-Level Postgraduate Program.
中国矿业大学（北京）欢迎国际学生申请2027年中国政府奖学金“高水平研究生项目”。
This full scholarship programme, established by China’s Ministry of Education, selects outstanding international applicants through individual application, university recommendation, expert assessment, and merit-based selection.
本项目为中国教育部设立的来华留学生全额奖学金项目，按照“个人申请、院校推荐、专家评审、择优录取”的原则，选拔具有优秀学科背景、突出专业能力及未来发展潜力的国际学生。

4. Eligibility Requirements | 申请条件
Nationality and Health | 国籍及健康要求
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good physical and mental health.
申请人须为非中国籍公民，身心健康。
Master’s Applicants | 硕士申请人
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree. The Chinese notice states an age limit of no more than 35, while the English notice describes applicants as under 35. Applicants at the age limit should confirm eligibility with the university.
申请人须具有学士学位。中文简章规定年龄不超过35周岁，英文简章表述为未满35周岁。处于年龄上限的申请人，请向学校确认申请资格。
PhD Applicants | 博士申请人
Applicants must hold a master’s degree. The Chinese notice states an age limit of no more than 40, while the English notice describes applicants as under 40. Applicants at the age limit should confirm eligibility with the university.
申请人须具有硕士学位。中文简章规定年龄不超过40周岁，英文简章表述为未满40周岁。处于年龄上限的申请人，请向学校确认申请资格。
Other Scholarship Restrictions | 其他奖学金限制
Applicants must not have been awarded other scholarships provided by Chinese governments at any level or by admitting institutions.
申请人不得同时获得中国各级政府或录取院校设立的其他奖学金资助。

Step 1 — Submit the CSC Online Application

Complete your personal information, upload the required supporting documents, and click “Submit” to finalise the application.
填写个人信息，按要求上传相关申请及补充材料，最后点击**“提交”**完成申请。
A Pre-admission Notice is not required at the initial application stage.
初始申请阶段无需提交“预录取通知书”。
Step 2 — Application Review and Interview
第二步——材料审核及面试
After reviewing application materials, the university will notify eligible applicants of interview arrangements by email.
申请材料审核通过后，学校将通过电子邮件通知申请人参加面试。
Provide a correct email address and check your inbox regularly to avoid missing interview notifications.
请确保电子邮箱地址准确，并定期查看邮件，以免错过面试通知。
Step 3 — University Recommendation and CSC Assessment
第三步——学校推荐及CSC评审
CUMTB will organise an expert review and recommend outstanding applicants to the China Scholarship Council (CSC).
中国矿业大学（北京）将组织专家进行初步评审，择优选拔具有优秀学科背景、专业能力和未来发展潜力的申请人，推荐至国家留学基金委。
Final scholarship and admission results are subject to CSC’s expert assessment. A university recommendation does not constitute a final scholarship award.
最终录取结果以国家留学基金委专家评审结果为准。获得学校推荐不等同于最终获得奖学金。
Step 4 — Check Results and Complete Registration
第四步——查询结果并办理入学报到
Applicants may check their results through the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System.
申请人可通过“中国政府奖学金留学管理信息系统”查询录取结果。
Admitted students must register within the period specified by the university.
被录取学生须严格按照学校规定的时间报到注册。
The university will provide registration instructions for students outside China in accordance with applicable entry requirements.
境外学生入校报到的具体安排，学校将根据中国入境政策另行通知。
7. Application Documents and Original Verification
申请材料及原件核验
Applicants must upload all documents required by the CSC application system and the university’s detailed application instructions.
申请人须按照CSC申请系统及学校具体申请细则的要求上传全部材料。
At registration, the university will verify original application documents, including:

- Academic transcripts / 学习成绩单
