南京大学 中国政府奖学金是中国政府为支持世界各国优秀学生和学者来华学习和开展研究而设立的奖学金项目，旨在增进中国与世界各国人民之间的相互了解与友谊，并促进教育、科技、文化和经济等领域的交流与合作。
The Chinese Government Scholarship is established by the Chinese government to support outstanding international students and scholars in pursuing study and research at Chinese universities. It aims to strengthen mutual understanding and friendship and promote international cooperation in education, technology, culture, and economics.

南京大学始建于1902年，是中国著名的高水平综合性大学之一，以雄厚的学术实力和优秀的师资队伍而闻名。学校位于历史文化名城南京，目前拥有鼓楼、浦口、仙林和苏州四个校区，设有30多个院系，在校学生超过30,000人。
Founded in 1902, Nanjing University (NJU) is one of China’s renowned comprehensive universities, known for its strong academic programs and distinguished faculty. Located in the historic city of Nanjing, NJU currently has four campuses: Gulou, Pukou, Xianlin, and Suzhou, with more than 30 schools and departments and over 30,000 students.
南京大学目前开设约80个本科专业、170多个硕士项目以及60多个博士项目。学校实行学分制，学生完成规定学分并通过毕业论文答辩后，可按照学校规定申请毕业及相应学位。
Nanjing University currently offers approximately 80 undergraduate programs, more than 170 master’s programs, and over 60 doctoral programs. NJU adopts a credit-based academic system, and students may apply for graduation after completing the required credits and successfully passing their thesis defense.

This scholarship program is open to international applicants applying for master’s and doctoral degree programs at Nanjing University.
申请资格 | Eligibility
申请人须为非中国籍公民，身心健康，并符合南京大学及中国政府奖学金项目的相关申请要求。
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens, be in good physical and mental health, and meet the relevant requirements of Nanjing University and the Chinese Government Scholarship program.
申请硕士学位者须已获得学士学位，年龄原则上不超过35周岁；申请博士学位者须已获得硕士学位，年龄原则上不超过40周岁。
Applicants for a master’s degree must hold a bachelor’s degree and should generally be no older than 35. Applicants for a doctoral degree must hold a master’s degree and should generally be no older than 40.
预计于2027年毕业并取得相应学位的申请人，可以提交预毕业证明，但须确保能够在2027年7月前完成学业并取得相应学位。
Applicants who are expected to graduate and obtain their degree in 2027 may submit a pre-graduation certificate but must be able to complete their studies and obtain the required degree by July 2027.
中文授课项目语言要求 | Chinese-Taught Programs
申请中文授课的理工科及医学类专业，入学时须达到HSK四级；申请人文、社会科学及商科类专业，入学时须达到HSK五级。
For Chinese-taught programs, applicants for natural sciences, engineering, and medicine must have HSK Level 4 for admission, while applicants for liberal arts, social sciences, and business programs must have HSK Level 5.
毕业时，理工科及医学类专业学生须达到HSK五级；人文、社会科学及商科类专业学生须达到HSK六级。
For graduation, students in natural sciences, engineering, and medicine must reach HSK Level 5, while students in liberal arts, social sciences, and business must reach HSK Level 6.
英文授课项目语言要求 | English-Taught Programs
申请英文授课项目的学生须满足以下任一英语语言要求：IELTS 6.0、TOEFL 85、TOEFL Essentials 9或Duolingo English Test 100。
Applicants for English-taught programs must meet one of the following English-language requirements: IELTS 6.0, TOEFL 85, TOEFL Essentials 9, or Duolingo English Test 100.
英文授课项目的学生在毕业前还须达到HSK三级要求。不符合上述语言要求的申请人将不予录取。
Students enrolled in English-taught programs must also achieve HSK Level 3 before graduation. Applicants who do not meet the stated language requirements will not be accepted.
奖学金期限 | Scholarship Duration
硕士研究生的奖学金资助期限一般为2至3年，博士研究生的奖学金资助期限为4年。
The scholarship duration is generally 2–3 years for master’s students and 4 years for doctoral students.
奖学金资助标准 | Scholarship Coverage
奖学金期间，硕士研究生每月可获得人民币3,000元生活补助，博士研究生每月可获得人民币3,500元生活补助。
During the scholarship period, master’s students receive a monthly stipend of RMB 3,000, while doctoral students receive RMB 3,500 per month.
奖学金获得者享受学费全免，并由学校在奖学金期限内提供国际学生宿舍免费住宿。
Scholarship recipients receive a full tuition waiver and free accommodation in the university’s international student dormitory for the duration of the scholarship.
奖学金还包括医疗保险。保险标准为每年人民币800元，学生须按照相关规定购买保险。
The scholarship also covers medical insurance at a standard of RMB 800 per year, which students are required to purchase according to the relevant regulations.
申请时间 | Application Period
南京大学国际学生在线申请时间为2026年11月1日至2027年1月20日。申请人在南京大学国际学生服务系统中申请时，应选择“CSC Scholarship Type B”。
Applications through Nanjing University’s International Student Service System will be open from November 1, 2026, to January 20, 2027. Applicants should select “CSC Scholarship Type B” as the program type.
申请材料 | Required Documents
申请材料主要包括：成绩单、最高学历/学位证明、两封教授或副教授推荐信、相应的HSK或英语语言成绩证明、个人陈述、护照首页、外国人体格检查表以及六个月内开具的无犯罪记录证明等。
Required documents mainly include academic transcripts, highest diploma/degree certificate, two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors, the required HSK or English-language certificate, personal statement, passport information page, Foreigner Physical Examination Form, and a non-criminal record issued within the previous six months.
博士项目申请人还须提交硕士毕业论文摘要。申请建筑学和城市规划相关项目的学生还须提交相关作品集。已发表的专业或学术论文及代表性论文或摘要可作为补充材料提交。
Doctoral applicants must also submit an abstract of their master’s graduation dissertation. Applicants for Architecture and Urban Planning programs are required to submit a relevant portfolio. Published academic papers, representative papers, or abstracts may also be submitted as supplementary materials.
审核流程 | Review Process
申请人在南京大学系统提交申请后，学校通常会在3个工作日内完成初步审核并提供反馈。如收到补充或重新提交材料的通知，申请人须在截止日期前按照要求完成修改和重新提交。
After submitting the online application to NJU, applicants will normally receive feedback from the initial review within three working days. If resubmission or additional documents are requested, applicants must complete the required changes before the application deadline.
通过初审的申请材料预计将在2027年2月下旬转交相关院系进行进一步审核。进一步审核结果预计于2027年3月上半月通过申请系统及电子邮件通知申请人。
Applications that pass the initial review are expected to be forwarded to the relevant schools or departments for further assessment in late February 2027. Results of this assessment are expected to be communicated through the application system and email in the first half of March 2027.
通过进一步审核的申请人将获得南京大学出具的预录取通知书。博士申请人还将获得由导师签字的个人陈述。
Applicants who pass the further assessment will receive a pre-admission letter issued by Nanjing University. Doctoral applicants will also receive their personal statement signed by their supervisor.
CSC系统申请 | CSC Application
获得南京大学预录取通知书的申请人须在2027年3月17日前登录中国政府奖学金信息系统完成申请。南京大学机构代码（Agency Number）为 10284，项目类别（Program Type）请选择 B。
Applicants who receive NJU’s pre-admission letter must complete their application through the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System before March 17, 2027. Nanjing University’s Agency Number is 10284, and applicants should select Program Type B.
在CSC系统申请时，申请人必须上传南京大学的预录取通知书。博士申请人还须上传由导师签字的个人陈述。如果申请人在获得预录取通知书前已经提交CSC申请，应先撤回申请，补充上传预录取通知书后再重新提交。
Applicants must upload NJU’s pre-admission letter when submitting the CSC application. Doctoral applicants must also upload the personal statement signed by their supervisor. Applicants who submitted their CSC application before obtaining the pre-admission letter should withdraw it first, upload the letter, and then resubmit the application.
如果获得南京大学预录取通知书的申请人未能在2027年3月17日前完成CSC系统申请，南京大学将视为申请人主动放弃学校的奖学金提名资格。
If an applicant who has received NJU’s pre-admission letter does not complete the CSC application before March 17, 2027, Nanjing University will consider the applicant to have given up the university’s scholarship nomination.
重要说明 | Important Notice
已经获得2027–2028学年其他中国奖学金或资助的学生，不具备申请本项目的资格。如发现申请人同时获得中国政府奖学金和其他中国奖学金，其中国政府奖学金将被取消，并可能被要求退还此前已经领取的奖学金。
Students who have already been granted another Chinese scholarship or funding for the 2027–2028 academic year are not eligible for this scholarship. If a student is found to hold the Chinese Government Scholarship and another Chinese scholarship simultaneously, the CSC scholarship will be canceled, and the student may be required to return previously received scholarship funds.
申请人提交的所有信息和材料必须真实、准确。如发现虚假信息、材料造假或故意隐瞒事实，申请资格可能被取消。非中文或英文的原始材料须同时提供经过公证的中文或英文翻译件。
All submitted information and documents must be accurate and authentic. Any falsification, dishonesty, or deliberate concealment may result in disqualification. Documents that are not originally in Chinese or English must be accompanied by a notarized Chinese or English translation.
南京大学系统与CSC系统中提交的材料应保持一致。获得南京大学预录取或学校提名并不代表最终获得中国政府奖学金，CSC还将组织专家对申请材料和申请资格进行进一步评审，并作出最终决定。
Documents submitted through the NJU application system and the CSC system should be consistent. Receiving NJU pre-admission or nomination does not guarantee the final award of the Chinese Government Scholarship. CSC will conduct an additional expert evaluation before making the final scholarship decision.
入学与报到 | Admission & Registration
CSC最终评审结果公布后，南京大学将通过电子邮件和申请系统通知申请人，并向最终录取的新生发送相关入学材料。根据往年情况，最终结果可能在2027年5月上半月公布，但具体时间以官方通知为准。
After CSC announces its final decision, Nanjing University will notify applicants by email and through the application system and will send admission documents to successful applicants. Based on the previous year’s timeline, the final result may be announced in the first half of May 2027, but the actual date is subject to official notification.
2027年新学年预计于9月初开始，具体报到日期将以最终录取通知书上的信息为准。
The 2027 academic year is expected to begin in early September, with the exact registration date stated in the final admission notice.
新生到南京大学报到时，须携带录取通知书、JW201表（纸质版或电子版）、体检报告、最高学历证明原件等材料接受资格复审。未通过资格复审者，其奖学金资格将被取消。
When registering at Nanjing University, new students must bring their admission notice, JW201 form (hard or soft copy), physical examination report, original highest diploma, and other required documents for qualification verification. The scholarship will be canceled for students who fail the final qualification review.
